Weezer‘s Rivers Cuomo says the highly anticipated Hella Mega Tour is currently scheduled to go ahead.

According to the Weezer frontman, the rescheduled Hella Mega Tour, featuring Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer, has not been canceled just yet and is set to happen this summer in Europe and North America.

“My manager just told me yesterday that the U.S. promoter is still saying it’s gonna happen,” Cuomo told NME. That could change, but I’m not making any other plans for the summer.”

The Hella Mega Tour was initially set to kick off in Singapore on March 8, 2020. However, the dates were canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Last year, the bands announced rescheduled dates for the U.K., Europe and North America. Currently, the Hella Mega Tour is set to kick off on June 9 in Vienna.

Meanwhile, Weezer is set to release their new album OK Human this Friday, January 29, and another new album, Van Weezer, in May.
