A federal judge sentenced 53-year-old Gregory Dightman of Lincoln on four counts of production of child pornography. Dightman was also ordered to pay $12,000 that will contribute to funds for victims.
On November 19, 2019 Lincoln Police Department received a report of child abuse after a mother reported her daughter was having inappropriate photos her taken by a photographer, that included nude photos.
A search warrant was obtained, and Dightmen confessed to taking the photos.
Further investigation revealed Dightman took pornographic photos of a least four young women who were minors at the time they were taken. The conduct spanned from 2009 until 2019. The victims were between the ages of 16 and 17 when Dightman took the sexually explicit photographs.
Dightman would pay the victims for the photo shoots and between the four young women, approximately 590 child pornographic images were recovered.
